    Dear fris, I have to learn A level science subjects in next year January. My told me to take only 3 subjects;Maths, Biology and Chemistry to have more concentration.But I am not sure if I should take only three subjects 😪coz I have to get 2 A* and 1 A at the end of the year to get into medical Uni .Should I also take Physics for more accuracy 🙄I'm very confused now. Pls give some advices .

    IMO it would be best for you to take just 3 subjects. A Levels are harder than you expect them to be and you won't be putting yourself at a disadvantage by only doing 3 (that's what most universities ask for).

    I've heard some prospective medicine students take 4 AS levels and only take 3 of these into A2, but that's not a requirement for all universities (eg. Nottingham only asks for 3 A grades at A Level). It would be best for you to check the specific university requirements to be completely sure, but it's best not to take more A Levels than you need to.
