# maths c3 trig help please watch

1. Hi,

y = 5/sex^3(7x)
This is equivalent to 5/1/cos^3(7x)
BUT I don't see how the second line = 5cos^3(7x) because isn't 5/1/cos^3(7x) = 5/cos^3(7x)??? Because = 5/1 * 1/cos^3(7x)...

3. 5/sec3(7x) is

5/1 divided by 1/cos3(7x)

so 5/1 multiplied by cos3(7x)/1

= 5cos3(7x)
