How do you know your teacher did it? It's possible that they made a mistake. Contact King's and ask them to confirm that your teacher did not send a proper reference / did not correctly enter your predicted grades, then ask your teacher to write a letter as described in the email.

Then this is not unexpected. They just want verification on headed paper that the reference was actually from your referee - and not just one that you made up yourself because you could input anyone's details and claim they're a teacher. Did you use an official email address (eg work or school) or was it just a standard gmail etc?

Yeah, that's why. They need you to prove that it was a genuine teacher reference - you could have just set up [email protected] and faked a reference for yourself.

You need to speak to your teacher, and get them to provide the requested proof.

What exactly are you asking? If you read the email that you posted, it tells you how to do it. You need to get the things - and it tells you what they want - and send them through Kings Apply.
