does tinder pool together people with high amount of likes?

I have 2 tinder accounts with 2 different profile pictures. One of them have a high amount of matches and another only 2 matches. I discovered that the profile with high matches tend to show me profiles of girls who are attractive and the profile with only 2 matches tend to show me girls who are less attractive

ive google and couldnt find anywhere that states tinder has such policies.

I think everyone is in the same pool but there is a theory that the more attractive people (with more likes) are placed towards the top of the list.
