Few universities would allow me to do so and most want entry exams anyway it would put me at a great disadvantage for me not to do double maths.
I don't think you have looked very hard .. I'm a maths teacher btw so have sent a number of students to uni without Further.

You can apply for NatSci with any A Levels, you just can't take certain combinations without the right A Levels. That said I could apply for Bio/Psych, even though I didn't do Psych at AL.

It'd be worth calling the uni directly, I had a search through the website and found absolutely nothing on Math/Econ requirements...

You dont need A level Economics for most Economics degrees - just high grades in Maths.

    LSE - A*AA with A* in Mathematics
    Bristol - A*AA including Maths
    UCL - A*AA with A* Maths
    Liverpool - AAA including Maths
Manchester - AAB including one subject from a specific list (includes Maths)
    Southampton - AAB including Maths
Royal Holloway - AAB including Maths or a Science

    etc, etc.

If you're really determined to go, why not just take a gap year and fix the issues that you had, i.e A-level eco, retake exam etc. Also it isn't the end even if you don't go to Cambridge, going to Cambridge is really just a small difference or perhaps would make no difference in your life
    Good luck.

Most have done OK - I'd advise some work on some FM topics over the summer depending on where you opt to go.

Yes - fewer 1sts but that is possibly because the best mathematicians know they want to do Maths degrees and take FMaths.
