I recently got kicked out of college due to a lack of attendance. I'm planning on doing my A-Levels as a private candidate with self-study. I would like some help on how to apply to do my exams at another college in regards to this matter. E.g. Do I email or call, who do I ask for? etc.

You have to find a private exam centre, which may mean you need to tarvel. You also have to pay, which could be anything from £700 to £1,000+. It depends on the A levels. They are normally private colleges.

You can get a list from the website or googling.

    Heres some guidance.

Do you pay for each subject? I'm doing Computing/Computer Science, Psychology, Sociology, English Lit. Also, do you have to take the same exam board for each A-level, or would I have to go to several colleges. Are the payments continual or a one-time thing.

    Thanks in advance.

I am resitting Biology A-Level at a local school that I didn't attend. You have to go onto the AQA website and find the schools that offer this for private candidates.
