    It is viewed by the moderators to see if it acceptable content. If it is not the cloud that produced it can be fined for breaking watershed and may even loose it's licence to rain.

    It ends up in the watergrass, so that when Mr Smith comes out of his house and into the garden, he slips on the watergrass, and moans to his wife that the watershed isn't functioning correctly.

    Any residue of rainfall will run into the specified river on the drainage basin it then lands on.

    When the river breaks its banks, the floodplain is flooded with low energy, stagnant water, which drops most of its suspended sediment load. This is generally silts and clays that have been weathered from along the rivers course so contain lots of minerals that are useful for plant growth etc.
