We only share the same shift once or twice a week so our conversations are mostly "I haven't seen you in a while, how's it going?" but I'm almost certain that she likes me. How would I go about asking her out? I'm really worried that she'd reject me and tell my manager that she doesn't feel comfortable working around me anymore :/

you have to be very careful about showing romantic intentions to a workmate.... it can all go horribly wrong. however if the young lady is genuinely interested then you should proceed, but cautiously.
