Got some pork mince defrosted in the fridge.

Had a recipe in mind but not got the motivation to make it

Need simple, not time consuming recipe ideas for dinner tonight. Preferably stuff you've made and can attest doesn't taste like crap.

Got a lot of fresh veggies lying about as well as rice, pasta, cous cous, condiments, oils, etc basically what you would expect in the average kitchen. Don't have any other meats though.

Go! Will rep and be eternally grateful to the best ideas!

Isn't that basically bolognaise but with pork rather than beef? Have you tried doing that?

If you have noodles you could make ants climbing a tree (it's a Chinese dish)

Googled it; that looks good. Do you have a specific recipe you use?

I don't I'm afraid, I've never made it (although I've eaten it a few times)

Another option is pork rissoles, again I don't have a specific recipe but they're pretty tasty

If you've got barbecue sauce (and preferably onions/gherkins) I'd just make burgers with it.

Thanks for the idea! Looked it up on Wikipedia and gave it a shot. Turned out really delicious Even wrote it down to make again.

Too much effort tbh. Maybe next time - I've done pork burgers before with a little granny smith apple in and they were so good. Thank you anyway. (apparently I repped you too soon ago)
