How much of contract/tort etc am i expected to know pre LPC? Watch

    it's been quite a while since my LLB and have lost my 1st year LLB materials such as contract, tort, land, equity trusts...

    I have just started the LPC this September... but i graduated in 2015 so my recollection of tort/contract law was non-existent!

    I would say you probably only really need a fair understanding of the basics (offer, acceptance, intention to create legal relations - duty, breach, causation and loss, for example), because how the law is applied at the LPC is very different to what you would do at undergrad. But obviously if you were to get some old textbooks and have a little read through them when you have spare time this would certainly prepare you enough for when the LPC eventually comes around for you!
