    Hello technology forum!

You guys were super useful when i was asking how to build my computer. For various reasons I'm only just building it now.

Unfortunately, the monitor i was going to use has now broken. I need a new one. And there is more choice than i realised!

My needs are: Occasional gaming including FPS, although i am by no means a pro I'm not going to notice a few miliseconds of lag! It will also be used for watching movies and doing work (mainly just internet, spreadsheets).

So I think my desires are:

    - 24-27 inch
    - Above average resolution, brightness, contrast
    - Average-ish response times?

My budget is honestly very flexible. I will pay more if the differences are worth it, I'll get a basic £150 monitor if it isn't.

I have very limited knowledge on this topic. I've only ever owned cheap monitors before. Your advice and/or recommendations are very welcome!

    Thank you in advance!
