I'm in a bit of a pickle because I've looked at courses from lower ranking unis (respectively) such as Kent and UEA and I prefer their courses to those of higher up unis such as Birmingham and Nottingham.
I've been to a few unis, Birmingham and Nottingham included but I haven't been to Kent or UEA so I don't know if I like their campuses (google images probably isn't enough to make up my mind heh).
Should I forget about rankings and just go with the courses with the most fun modules even if I'm not sure whether I'll like the campus or should I prioritise rankings etc?

Rankings aren't everything. You also need to look at things like the course, where you want to live for the next 3-4 years, etc.

Kent has a beautiful campus and Canterbury is a nice but small city.

And course content is - within reason - more important than the nebulous concept of 'reputation' and the flawed nature of 'rankings'.
