A Personal statements is basically a formal sort of letter to say why u would like to do a specific course. U do ps for uni as well.

My best advice is to plan out the main points on why u want to do that course. What you would like to learn from the course during and afterwards and bascially what inspires u as an individual. Where this course could help u for ur future career. Etc

These are just points u could add in but the main thing i would stress is that u write it from ur own words (dont copy off the internet or other people), write from ur heart and keep it within a page and half. Also plan and continuously draft ur ps. U wouldnt get the final ps in one write up. Keep rewriting it til ur happy with it. Also have someone else read it for u so u dont make any mistake etc.

I would only recommend to use the internet for tips on what NOT to put in a personal statement as this will help u avoid them.
