Statistics and maths fall into the same category. Finance, accounting and economics fall into vaguely the same category too. Split your ps between maths and economics.

Or maybe just apply to one course?

Perhaps a gap year will be ideal for you? Sounds like you still need time deciding exactly what it is you want to do, you should at least have a rough idea of what you want to study and maybe a few ideas on what you'd like to do after uni…

It's impossible to have one personal statement tailored to all those courses.

merge them together like economics links into finance which will safe you characters
and maths can go with statistics and accounting
    e.g.
In economics a level..........i have applied these skills into finance..........
    etc
    hope this helps

Get rid of accounting, and it's possible

    It's simple, you don't.

Those 5 subjects are quite different and remember that there are strong applicants who will dedicate their entire time on one subject. Splitting the PS to 5 different parts will portray you as indecisive and will likely result in a rejection.

You need to decide now or take a gap year.
