Did you use the CGP textbooks to study? or the official textbook

I used both for AS, I found sometimes the CGP textbooks were too vague and sometimes parts of the spec that are covered in a fair amount of detail in the exam board endorsed textbooks are not covered or there's only a single line in the CGP textbooks.

I'd say if you're going to purchase the books, get the exam board textbooks and maybe buy the CGP revision guides just for when you want to do a quick bit of revision.

Used it at AS but not A2. A2 Biology was very detailed and CGP tended to skimp on some of it.

i used snaprevise for chemisty and notes written by a cambridge tutor as the ocr textbook and tooo many mistkaes in it .i used zigzga paper for biology you can only ge tthem if you buythem online
