Did you use the CGP textbooks to study? or the official textbook

I used both for AS, I found sometimes the CGP textbooks were too vague and sometimes parts of the spec that are covered in a fair amount of detail in the exam board endorsed textbooks are not covered or there's only a single line in the CGP textbooks.

I'd say if you're going to purchase the books, get the exam board textbooks and maybe buy the CGP revision guides just for when you want to do a quick bit of revision.
