Hi, I’m in year 11 and I sit my exams in May but I don’t really know how to properly revise? Is there anyone that can tell me a good and efficient way to revise for all subjects.

I sat my exams this year and I can understand how hard it is to revise.
I would first make sure that throughout the year you understand the content, because revision during exam time would just be learning- which is too time consuming. Also, make notes on topics, or revision resources, like flashcards as you go along.
Whenever you have mocks, revise like you would the real thing, and so you get an accurate depiction on what your weaknesses and strengths are.
Honestly, revision depends on what type of learner you are: audio, visual or experience/ kinaesthetic.
I am a mix, so I will give advice based on this.
First, go over the content, either through notes, resources or revision guides. To help, I covered pages and tested what I knew, and then corrected what I didn't.
Once you feel you are sound, go onto exam questions. These are your holy grail. When you do them, mark harshly and record what you dropped marks on, even if it is just one.
Then revise that content and particular questions you struggled on, whilst not letting strengths slip.
Repeat this until you are getting good enough marks- I targeted one mark dropped per paper.
If you want advice on particular subjects, don't be afraid to message me

I did the old specification for sciences but methods should apply the same. Honestly, I didn't revise efficiently, but the revision guide was the most beneficial. As you go through the guide, cover parts of the page and test your knowledge and work systematically through the book. This is probably quite similar to flashcards, so you can make them too.
