My parents say they have money issues and need me to move out because of it, they aren't nice people so I'd love to move out anyway. As of now it's 10 months before I can move out for Uni and from there I have plans and should be fine but I don't know what to do for the next 10 months. How do I go about moving out, how do I pay for it and how do I manage? I'm in college until July and can't get a full time job because of it, is there anything I can do to work around this?

Get a part time job and try spareroom.com for cheaper accommodation/room. Also try jobcentre maybe? (Assuming you're in the UK.)

Is there a friend or another family member you could stay with temporarily who lives close by? You could pay a little money towards things like bills.

There is, I have a friend as a worst-case, it's a little while from college though and the journey would be a pain. Ideally i would have somewhere to live near college.
