I have been really struggling with this subject which is lowering my GPA heavily,
The reason I haven't done it till now is that I have this subject combination

    BIOLOGY A CREDIT
    MATH A CREDIT
    COMPUTER A CREDIT
    GENERAL PAPER AS CREDIT
    CHEM (AS OR A)

Will universities find it odd when I apply with these subjects for studying Computer Science ?
Or will it affect my chances in any way?
Cause I have been really struggling with Chemistry

They won't find that odd as Chem is not needed for computer science. If you're struggling with Chem then drop it as it will honestly be so much stress around exam period. I was in the same place as you last year but with physics and I kept it on despite hating it and struggling with it and I came out with an E overall in it even though I usually got Bs in tests as I had so little motivation to struggle through revising it
