Hello, I got a question, I already applied for Student Finance loan 2017/2018 and my application is submitted, I send all documents with signed declaration form 7th of October ( it was a late application, because I got place in University by clearance). Today, I received email from my University that I need to pay tuition fee by next Mondays (13th of November), but I read that I can apply for Student Finance Loan up to 9 months after my first academic day. What should I do now? Can my University still wait for that Loan or I need to pay all fee by myself? And what happen if I will pay for my course, but later I will receive loan? Thank you!

    Hi Sigitava,

I would advise having a chat with your university first. Let them know the situation with your funding as they may be able to extend the deadline.

At this time of year it can take around six weeks to process an application. Check your online account for any updates or correspondence we've sent.

    Regards,

    Stuart
