Because of their aims. They believe that they are superior and they believe that they are doing the right thing.

This is such a stupid question, it's like asking why does the Green Party exist - to pursue their political aims.

Why do the IS exist? Why does the Al-Qaeda exist? Why does the IRA exist? There's countless examples.

First of the green party isn't a "superior" thinking part. That was a horrible example to use. And the terrorist organizations? Really? They are Terrorist organisations which are ILLEGAL to support. So you actually took time to comment this and give me rubbish and BS examples? Seriously...

Tbh, I don’t even know - what IS the point of thinking your superior to (a)whole group(s) of people?

    Please.

Just because you don't like an answer doesn't make it invalid...

Humans are tribal animals, inherently we seek out people who share our views, follow the same rules, have the same ideas, etc. That's what these groups are. They're people who all think the same way for whatever reason.

In that sense he's right; they aren't really any different from political parties, from after work clubs, from football supporters. It's just that you find what certain 'clubs' (or whatever name you want to give them) represent to be abhorrent.

They're ideologies, ideologies are notoriously hard to kill to be honest.
