For my advanced higher chemistry project i am doing vitamin c and i am using a hand held calorimeter for measuring the absorbance of the different concentrations of vitamin c to produce a calibration graph. My problem is that the hand held calorimeter has three different light red, blue and green and i don't know what colour of light i should use to measure the absorbance. Please Help

Whatever the colour of the solution you are measuring the absorbance is, you should use the filter which is the solutions complimentary colour
