Hey guys, I'm considering Leeds as one of my main options to go and study automotive engineering. I went to the open day and really enjoyed it. Does anyone here study the same or a similar course and could tell me about what Leeds is like for studying engineering. What other universities would you recommend looking at for the same course? Whats Leeds like for students to live in? How good is the nightlife? Is there a possibility of learning an additional language whilst studying at Leeds as something extra-curricular? How good is the nightlife?

Thanks in advance for any advice

Generally from what I’ve managed to find out, Leeds is a very decent city for nightlife. There’s a few universities in the city so there are lots of student orientated events, plenty of nightclubs etc. For my engineering course I liked the facilities and the current students that I talked to praised the uni staff and content. Also, the uni really help you to get a good placement so you can try get a job offer at the end of it if you make the most of your time there.

    Have you applied already?
Would you be doing bachelors or masters in automotive engineering?
