I'm in year 11 and I need to do know which one to pick or is it the same thing?

    1) do a specsavers or vision express apprenticeship where they keep me on and I can progress to a full time manager.

    2) Do a management apprenticeship with a college and then find a job to do with management and progress from there.

Please guys I'm tied between the two which ones better??????

For the first option, what is the apprenticeship? Is it for a manager trainee? The main difference I see is that the first one leads to a full-time position. The other one does not. So you need to decide, are you content with a manager position with the first company? Or do you want to look for a better position/company? How competitive are you? If you are not a competitive person or very determined, getting a job on your own might prove a bit more difficult. Then I would recommend going with the first option. After a year there, you can look for something better.
