I have only recently just ended a 9 month relationship and am finding life really difficult at the moment. I’m having problems sleeping and eating, and just can’t stop thinking about all of the things that me and my partner did. What sort of things can I do to help me move on and just get back to my normal self?

Find new hobbies to do and surround yourself with new friends. It helps that you cut all contact with your ex too, as if you still talk to them over WhatsApp or social media, you won't get over them.

Sorry to hear you are having a tough time. Delete him on all possible media’s and block his number. Start exercising, treat yourself to a new haircut and some new clothes, hang out with friends more, remind yourself everyday how wonderful you are x

Go swimming as that can help ease your mind over a relationship.
Find some new friends, or get back out there and find someone new.

first thing to do is buy a captain birdseye costume (the ladies find him irresistable). next Saturday go out to a club dressed prim and proper in your costume and engage in some wenching. this should distract you from your ex and get you some nautical female fun!

Sounds like you need a boost of self esteem. As immature and vain as it sounds, post some pics in social media and guys might hit you up. It could make you feel good about yourself - works for me anyway
