Hi, I recently had my tuition fee loan approved and I have also been diagnosed with dyslexia and have only just received my report, I was wondering if when I apply for DSA can you use the birth/adoption certificate form I sent as part of my tuition fee loan or do I need to fill out another one? thanks Kelly-Louise

    Hi Kelly-Louise,

If you have already applied for your tuition fees and your application has been approved, we would not require you to send another Birth/Adoption certificate form (ADIF). We would only require you to send in your completed DSA1 long form (DSA1F) with your medical evidence.

    Thanks
