    A Ford Fiesta (older model) would be most appropriate for your budget and requirements :yep:

    You could probably get a 2.0 fiesta ST for that. Probably not one of the newer years, but maybe a 2006 model.

    If it's your first car, you cant go wrong with a standard fiesta, a 1.25 zetec would be a good option.

    A regular fiesta, probably.
    An ST, no chance.
