No, I'd strongly recommend against it. The sort of men that do that are very likely to abuse that position. It may start OK but it'll probably get progressively worse. Why does he feel the need to spend hundreds of pounds a month to get sex? Why won't women go near this wealthy man in normal circumstances? It's likely it is because he is addicted to the power of abuse and control.

Probably. Isn't much difference to having a "sugar daddy".

    WTF??
both getting sex and not paying for rent are positives for a lot of people... doesn't seem like a bad deal >_<...but have to agree it just sounds like a porn storyline.

I've heard about this sort of stuff in the news and also when searching for property to rent came across a few of these adverts aimed at women.

At the time I remember being pissed off at how easy women have it

Now that I own my own property I have in fact placed an ad like this myself on gumtree open to just women

    Spoiler:
    Show

    no, just kidding. Relax ..lmao
Although if a man wants to make the ad, and a woman of her own free will decides to take him up on the offer, I don't see what's so wrong about it.

I hope not, though it has been suggested that it happens.

    that's so degrading.
isn't it much more respectable to just get a job and pay the rent money like you're suppose to....?
