Hot to cope with feeling depressed at uni watch

    • Thread Starter

I haven't really made any friends at Uni and it's really getting me down. Im studying at one of my universities smaller campuses and they haven't got much activities here so I feel as thought I haven't had the opportunity to make friends because of this. I also, missed freshers week because i transfered from a different uni so that was another missed opportunity to make friends.

Open up a conversation with people at your lectures, just say how do you find the course and what made them choose the degree.

Also do the same at tutorials.

You can also join clubs and societies as I'm sure your uni will have some.

You need to get yourself out there and be pro active, maybe even approach people and just say you're new and open up a conversation?

    Good Luck
