I am 15 years old and I am overweight, I'm 75kg and 174cm tall. I desperately want to loose weight as fast as possible because I am not comfortable with my body. Is water fasting a good idea?

Starving yourself is a bad idea in general.
The best way to lose weight is to do it gradually, move onto a diet and stick with it, exercise more.
Fasting is unhealthy without a doubt.
