    Thanks for playing everyone.

I haven't updated the score-board yet (catching up on everything this weekend) but figured I should post the answers before the thread gets too old.

If you're interested in non-meaty food then there's the Vegatarian/Vegan chat thread you might be interested in. Or just browse around the Food and drink forum more generally.

If you're new to the Pub Quiz you can find out about the rest of the competition here. As well as what's happening for the remainder of the week here.

    Without further ado...

    Answers!

Picture One was of course an apple.

Picture Two was the blacked-out image of a pineapple.

Well done to all those who identified picture three as a bell pepper.

Coconut was the answer to picture four.

Picture five caused some controversy, one of the hardest ones. Black currants was the answer.:yep:

Most people correctly identified picture six as broccoli.

Picture seven was the root ginger (or just ginger).

Aubergine was the answer to picture eight. Difficult to spot because of a very unusual shape. Eggplant will be accepted too.

Picture nine was Guava. Well done to those who got that.:congrats:

Picture ten was the unusual dragon-fruit. Or Pitaya.

    Thanks again for playing.

Quoting people who posted in this thread, you won't receive further quotes unless you're on the list to be notified of each quiz.
