Still not received loan

Hi my loan was due to be paid on 1st November and I still haven’t revieved it. I am in my second year so I’m unsure why it is still awaiting confirmation from my uni a week later.

Hi Danielle,

Before we can release any maintenance funding to a customer we will require Confirmation of Registration (COR). This is provided by the university when they complete their registration process.
Once sent it can take up to 24-48 hours to show on our systems, and provided we have received your online declaration (OND) , payment will be made within 3-5 working days.
I would suggest that you contact your university in order for this to be sent.
