We have mock exams next week for our A levels. Whatever grade we get doesn't affect our position on the course, but I know our teachers want us to do well in them. I can't concentrate on revising though because I feel like I'm wasting my time and I'm not going to benefit from doing so and working hard for mocks I'm not getting anything for doing well on. Can anyone give me a reason, I want to work hard for them but I don't want it to be in vain.

At least give it a try. You have nothing to lose. You will not waste your time because in the end, you will be going over topics and information which will jog your memory. You should always be working hard regardless because it will be worth it in the end
