    Hey, so I am studying GCSEs and I can't work out which books to buy (chemistry, physics, biology). I've opted for CGP as they seem most helpful but I can't work out whether to get the 'Revision

    If you like CGP style get the revision books - but check they cover your exam board.
    Otherwise go to the exam board website and find your qualification and there should be a textbook endorsed for that qualification. See what your school uses if you prefer that kind of textbook.

    That’s the thing. I’ve checked and they all cover the right exam board. But one is complete (more deatailed notes, less detailed questions) or the others are less detailed in notes but give much more practice opportunity. Sorry I just don’t know

    It really depends on the way you learn as well. So personally I don’t like cgp and have always used textbooks.

    I’m using AQA. Yeah thank you, I will probably go to a shop and look through some. Thanks ever so much
