I can't decide so I am going with cavalier king Charles spaniel only because I have experience with the breed

German Shepherds! I actually have a greyhound but spent a month looking after 2 GSDs, they are amazing.

    Alaskan Malamutes.

If I wanted something small and fluffy, I would totally go for a Papillon.

I'll take an honest mutt, any day. Get some heterozygosity in there, some hybrid vigour! Practically all breeds of dogs have health problems of some sort or another, essentially because of prolonged, artificial inbreeding. It's not right.

German Shepherd, they have their fair share of health problems but you just can't beat them for obedience and loyalty. Not to mention they look so damn fearsome!

The Beagle is the greatest dog breed of all time.

They all have unique faces like humans, they all have very different and colourful personalities. But with the similarity of being easily swayed by scents (as scenthounds this is of course what they were bred to do).

I like the appearance of the Belgian Malinois, but it's not a good idea as a pet.
