I've been trying to get onto the learndirect website for the past few hours to rebook my literacy test which is on Saturday. I have to rebook it because I thought my application would be ready to send this week, but one of my referees is taking longer than expected.
It says on the booking email that I need to give 3 working days notice to cancel or rebook, meaning today would be my last chance to rebook/cancel it right? But I haven't been able to get onto the website. Do they stop accepting cancellations/rebookings after a certain time each day or is the website just down?
I'm worried I'll be charged for booking my next test if I can't get it cancelled by today.
