I'm applying for placements but non of them really interest me. I'm studying psychology and I'm applying for HR/marketing/communications roles because numbers aren't my strong point.

Firstly, many of the job descriptions mention they want you to be out-going and confident, a 'go-getter'. I am none of those things, instead I'm very introverted and quiet. Secondly, I don't think I have the skills for the role. I've worked in retail before but I was always quite anxious and my confidence never improved. Thirdly, the actual job description sounds so boring, I can't imagine myself lastly the whole year but at the same time I really want the experience (and money but mostly the experience).

I want a career that involves me being alone most of the time but most of them seem to involve IT or accounting and again, those areas are not my strong point since I'm barely passing my statistics module.
