    Yesterday I went to the gym and I've got pains here and there and today it is worse is it okey for me to go to the gym tomorrow ?

    What type of pain is it? Is it just a general muscle ache or does it feel like you have pulled/injured something.

    If it is the former then just remember “pain is weakness leaving your body”

    Actually you didn't describe more about your pain. But I think if it is not much then you can continue with go to the GYM. Good luck!

    Probably DOMS, stretch, foam roll and you can train muscles which weren't trained yesterday.

    If you're in actual pain, then do not train. Pain is certainly not 'weakness leaving your body' that is just an absurdly stupid saying.

    Invest in a foam roller + a lacrosse ball and go easier next time
