Everything you said sounds interesting but the fact is even if your immortal, humans can still capture you after you commit a crime. plus unlike prisoners which die at some point you could stay trapped until earth itself is destroyed.
hmmm fair game, but then again i could fake my death. plus since i cant be physically hurt so no tracker can be inserted into me. gg i could just swim underwater and dive hella deep out of range for many things even torpedoes cant hurt me- so i would in theory be indestructible so people could nuke me all they want.(▀̿Ĺ̯▀̿ ̿)

Infinite life sounds okay but would probably get a bit dull after the heat death of the universe.
By that point you'd probably have come up with a plan to use tech to suppress your consciousness or something.

    100 % Option 1.
I can't imagine watching everyone I care about die, and the rest of humanity, and eventually ending up in a black void with just myself.

Live for the next 10 years. I would detest an ifinite life on this Earth. And to actually know exactly when I'm leaving would be ideal.

:holmes: Could work. I guess it depends on whether you can inflict damage like that upon yourself or not. If you live infinitely does that mean you never get ill, or wrinkled?

    Thoughts, Pickles?

You'll never get old and wrinkled - you'd stay exactly as you are now...you can however get super skinny or super fat if you so wish!
