    So I’m advanced I work out 6 days and Sunday is my only rest day
    I do an hour and 10 mins daily but yesterday and today I didn’t work out or hardly eat anything at all but lay down in bed instead because I have a severe flu , diarrhoea and fever and feel too weak to work out and I’m scared I’ll gain weight

    A few days off won't make you gain weight! At most you might gain a lb or two of water weight, but that's not actual fat gain. If you're ill your body will be working to fight off the illness, so just fuel your body with enough of the right foods and rest for a week or so. Letting your body recover is more important than working out, if you don't give yourself a chance to get rid of any virus or whatever you have then you will end up seriously run down. It takes a long time to build fitness and strength and to lose weight, and it takes more than a week to ruin it!

    I don't think you can gain weight in this situation. Because your resting time is really low. You should take rest more longer.

    Just relaxe,you dont gain weight in just a few days. Just eat normal and dont think about it all the time. A healthy view on your on life and personality is more importan then a few grams, to be honest.

    You sound like you have a borderline dangerous attitude to exercise/your weight.

    I'd say you're probably over training in a typical week. There's a fine line between consistently training and becoming fixated/obsessed.

    You won't gain weight in one day.

    You have a very unhealthy attitude towards food and exercise if you're scared you're going to gain weight from having the flu....

    You won't gain weight and you need to eat to get better faster
