OK, so 4 years ago I was caught shoplifting but I didn't leave the store with the item. The shop workers called the police and they made me pay for the item and just noted my name down and told me to leave the store and I've never heard nothing of it since. But will this incident show on an enhanced crb/dbs in any category?

Did the police issue you a caution and did you accept it?
    It doesnt sound like it.

Assuming you were under 18 at the time, then even if there was a caution that will have be filtered, you will be fine and there will be nothing to show up on any DBS check..

No they did not mention anything they said to pay for the item and to go on my way. the officer did mention this would not go on a crb but I'm not sure if it would go under as a warning or caution but at the time I was under 18.

Do you think this will show on an enhanced crb/dbs?
