I am currently at the start of my second 'gap year' took me a while to figure out where I wanted to head and I did some travelling in the meantime. Anyway I never looked into uni and was always kind of hoping to go to drama school where A levels aren't that important.
But... now i am thinking about going to a university instead however, my grades aren't good enough for the courses I am interested in so I'm pondering retaking a couple of modules that caused the low grades.
Which is where the I'm unsure: can I retake a couple of modules from a levels I took a year ago; a levels which have changed there syllabus?

    Thanks ahead for any help!

It depends what subject it is. Most (not all) exams have switched to linear from modular, which are no longer available.

Which subjects do you wish to resit?

I'm thinking of resitting AQA History and/or Edexcel Philosophy and Ethics.

If you completed A level History in 2016 then it is too late to re-sit that specification. However, there is a last chance to re-sit Philosophy and Ethics in Summer 2018.
