    I've been working out 4-5 days a week and eating relatively healthy for a month now, just wondering when it is expected to see some weight loss. I've only just figured out how to be in a calorie deficit, I'm sticking to this calorie counting app, hopefully I'll see changes...

    Depends on how big your deficit is. And some people notice weight losses quicker than others, even if they have lost the same amount. Because of where the fat loss is occurring. If you lose it in 1 area it'll be more obvious than if you're losing it all over...if you get what I mean? But there's no way to change where the fat loss occurs I;m afraid, that's genetic.


    But I'd say, now that you know you're ina deficit, give it a good month or two.
