I spend so much time at school on computer screens... I do photography so that 10h lesson time, and then I have 12h free periods spent at the computer and then at least 3-5h after school on the computer working. Today I had five lessons on computers and felt so unwell afterwards, it’s Willa nighrnare. Not like I have much choice about it either when days like today I’ve spent 9h on a computer

Turn the screen brightness down or wear tinted/ sunglasses.

Not sunglasses but more like special computer tinted lenses (yellowish/orange with blue light filter).
In addition, short breaks every 30-40 minutes will probably help.
If it seems too frequent to you go to the doctor. In addition go check your eyesight, some minor strain from focusing issues can cause headaches.
