    Basically what the title says, i'm at uni and finding that im waking up about 3pm which is meaning that I cant get a lot of work done and when I wake up im just not in the mood to do any work. Sometimes I wake up so late because I haven't gone to bed until 6 or 7 the night (morning) before, but if i try to go to bed earlier I just don't fall asleep until then anyway. Even when I set an alarm to try and get up earlier I kind of do a weird thing where I turn it off without actually consciously realising its there to wake me up and I just go back to bed. Tried most things to try and sort it out but just wondering if anyone else has had anything like this and managed to work it out?

    you just needa make a routine or schedule and sort yourself out..

    tire yourself out in a day so youre in bed by 10 or 11 and get 8-9 hours of sleep and wake up in the morning. Chill for an hour and get to work! Take regular breaks...
