I'm so lost... watch

    • Thread Starter

I'm looking for some advices. I'm at my bachelor year (medieval history). And I don't know what to do next. All I know is that I definitely don't wanna do anything with history anymore. I'm crazy about movies, so I was thinking about film studies next year, I wanna write about movies, be a critic. Buuut many people keep telling me that it's no use of these kind of studies if I want to be a critic. so I honestly don't know what to do. maybe someone of you are studying film? what's your opinion?

successful film critics are able to draw on their experience of films and wider culture to write for other people about a particular film. there is no rule that film critics need a degree qualification. you just need to be mad about movies and be able to communicate your passion on paper.
