time management for written exam of law

hello all
first of all i am from Algeria and I've a master degree in law studies.
i want to pass a hard written exam in the next year (October 2018) to get into the phd program and i need to manage my time in order to study eight topics, I really don't know how to use spaced repetition in order not to forget anything.
the exam is not easy at all, & it require deep studying and memorizing, if any one can help me will be much appreciated.
