I was wondering how applying to uni once I have my grades is like. Do I still get to apply to 5 Universities? Is there such thin gas only picking two as current students have to do? Is there a step in between applying and getting an offer? Or would I straight up get 5 offers - rejections and I can pick any?

You still have 5 choices and your offers will be unconditional. No additional processes for applicants with grades achieved although if you are taking a gap year as a result you may be asked why you are taking a gap year
