I'm struggling of creatig a epq title, it's regarding the NHS and if the NHS should treat people for free, depending on negative lifestyle choices.
The three lifestyle choices are obesity, alcohol and smoking.
The treatment i mean is medication and surgical treatment. So which title do you guys like best?

    1) should the NHS treat people, depending on negative lifestyle choices?
    2) should NHS resources be deployed for people suffering addiction based illnesses?
    3) Should the NHS provide free treatment for those with negative lifestyle choices
Thanks, btw it's urgent because I was supposed to finish this long ago

Out of the three, you have suggested, the third one sounds the best I think. Though, If you don't mind, I'd like to give you some advice:

from reading the three titles, it sounds, and with the greatest respect, as if they're are trying to sound really 'smart' - for lack of a better word.

Try to be more simplistic, may I suggest:

'Should the NHS treat everyone?' - It's quick, simple, and gets straight to the point.

When I did my EPQ, in 2016, my Teacher said she noticed a lot of students, especially when writing dissertations, over-complicate their titles, to make the EPQ appear better, though it usually does the opposite.

    Good luck with your EPQ!
