I have taken Maths,Biology Chemistry and Physics (will be dropping one of them after this year) but I no longer feel motivated for the sciences. I won't lie that money is a big factor on my mind because of my own family's financial situation and always seeing people around me doing better off.
Always wanted to become a surgeon but the time and debt it takes - I don't know if someone like me who wants to make money now if its worth me doing it. It's such a shame because I've always wanted to be a surgeon, it's one of the few jobs I could ever truly love and enjoy. Maybe my greed will be my undoing but right now that's what I want - to find a lucrative career. At least then I'll have one less thing to worry about.
Can my A-levels still allow me to get into a financial degree at a top uni? (LSE,Oxbridge,Imperial,UCL)? Should I drop biology for it?

Can't say for sure but a lot of universities only really require maths plus whatever else you get as long as you have strong grades. Even if you aren't sure you still want to study them in the long run don't let the effort drop and you still would be in with a chance. Does your college offer any finance based courses and would they let you drop an A-level and pick up an AS or Single BTEC? I know someone doing those same courses as you who dropped physics and picked up BTEC health and social care to get into a social sciences course as it shows you're serious about it. Check the prospectuses of some universities and courses you are thinking of and get in touch with the admissions teams there!
