    Hellow everyone!
I have a quick question- as a first-year architecture student, I wanna pursue a career as a real estate agent, however, I am not sure which courses are better. There are mixed opinions whether real estate profession requires higher education or u just need excellent salesman traits. So which quick courses would you recommend

In the UK we use the term Estate Agent. They are generally the most hated profession in the country and anyone who buys or sells a house through an estate agent struggles to understand what they actually do to justify their 1-3% commission. So if you are good at lying, wearing ill-fitting suits, boring the pants of prospective sellers and promising the earth but delivering diddly squat to prospective buyers, then this profession is for you.

I am not sure if there is a degree in all that though.

    Good luck!
